Resilience does not happen all at once, it is a slow trickle, a consistent breath, a steady pace. It is a remembering, a promise, a return to instinctual knowing.

It is trusting the golden rule.

We extend gratitude to nature for being a consistent, loving, and stern mother showing us that resilience is in our DNA. Humanity is all we got and that's more than enough!
